Very bad service. Food is also not good. It is not an Indian restaurant. There was chicken in veg curry.

Best indian I ever had. chicken butter and cheese naan bread were simply amazing. well done guys!

Cheated with quantity

This was definitely the best Indian meal I've ever had in my life. The curries were phenomenal and the naan bread was amazing. We ordered the butter chicken and palak paneer. You MUST try the fresh naan - the chef cooks the dough at the time you order! I might have to fly back to Kyoto just to have this meal again.

Not so clean and food is just normal. Price is very high!

If you don’t know Indian food, maybe this will be good enough. If you do, move on. Basmati rice had lumps of salt and was oily (??). Curry was sweet and all tasted the same. And then, the bill, was 2-3x as much as I’ve paid in any restaurant so far in Japan. Mediocre service, bad hygiene, bad image. Worst experience in Japan so far.

Very disappointing. Portion size was appropriate for a child. I saw that the jeera rice was 500 yen and figured it must be a very large bowl. Wrong. It was a tiny, tiny plate with a few spoonfuls' worth of rice. Alo ghobi was meh. Will not return.

Terrible service. Overpriced. Average food. I came here with a vegan friend recently. As none of the set meals had a vegetarian or vegan option, he asked if he could swap a meat curry for a vegetable curry. The waiter said that was only possible if he chose a much more expensive set. The set in question contained lots of meat starters which had to be swapped out for cheaper veggie alternatives, which my friend didn't even want. When it came to my order, despite the menu stating that the set came with both rice and naan, I was told I had to choose both. He said we misread the menu. The Japanese was quite clear. As it turned out, the portion of rice my friend received was microscopic. Indeed, the portions were small all round. We had to share one tiny salad, served on a saucer. I would not recommend.

Not a great choice for Indian food. Needs to improve the hygiene of the place and quality of the ingredients. Not a good value for your money especially if you are planning on an à la carte menu. Please keep this as your last option. The Indian chai/tea was good though!

Decent Indian food if you're looking for some butter chicken and garlic naan. Though of course, like every Indian restaurant in the world, the credit card machine will be "broken" when you ask to pay by card

The worst of the lot in town. Stay away. It's tasteless and unhygienic. Portions and price comparison are a scam. Horrible evening I had there 😔. Stop going to this restaurant. There are better ones in Kyoto.

Decent food with average service. We ordered dal, aloo gobhi and chilly paneer. While the first 2 were ok, paneer was a big let down... only one person was serving due to which the service was slow and he was forgetting the menu ordered or requests placed..

Cheating in food proportion .Menu shows reasonable price but food quantity according to the price is very less. Turns out expensive.Taste wise food is okay. Wouldn't recommend comparing pricing and quantity of food

Staff are disrespectful towards special requests. We ordered curry without the cream drizzle on top and received it with the cream. Told the waiter who took it back, and they brought it back to us but rather than making a new one, it was clearly just mixed up so we wouldn't be able to tell. The reason we made this request was because of an allergy and it wasn't taken seriously at all. Would not recommend or return

The staff was very friendly here. The food tasted amazing, and the portion size was large. The garlic naan was gigantic and went perfect accompanying​ the curries.

They seem to have 2 pages on google, copy pasting the review from other! Beware! Pathetic experience, stay away! Go to better places at TeraMachi street, refused the set (even the most expensive one), did not disclose cost of water(3times than other places in japan), charged 3times for a bottle of soda(did not disclose), a basic no go. We generally spend around 3k-4K for Indian food but payed 5k for bad tasting small portioned food served in kid plates! If you go do share the feedback here!

Worst ever Nepali restaurant in Japan. Too much over priced but still the food is worst.

Worst experience in Japan. Taste was not good and lassi was the worst part of it. It was like ice in Lassi. In a glass of lassi almost 3/4 th of the glass was filled with ice. It was worst experience..😩

Ok food. We didn’t liked it much. Had ordered chicken tikka, chicken curry. Curry tasted sweet. Momo’s were horrible. Please don’t even try eating it.

Ordered Biriyani with basmati rice. Was charged 1350 however got only regular rice. Could hardly find any vegetables and food was so dry too. Pathetic experience

The taste was very good and authentic..although the menu does not have much vegetarian options, they were kind enough to provide paneer and dal fry curries..the dal fry especially was very good !!

The taste is a bit oily and the dinner price is a bit expensive...

We were craving a bit of Indian while in Kyoto and this place did not disappoint. Great food and service. Also love the atmosphere of this little restaurant

We go here once in a while. Food is good and the staff are friendly and professional.

Great food and well priced. One of the best butter chickens we've ever had. Average decor but that was offset by the service and quality of the food. Highly recommend it if you need a change from Japanese cuisine.

Should put a negative review. Way overpriced for the quantity they give. Plus they overcharged us. They are a shame to be in a country like Japan.
